Website updates and management
Keep services, contact information, photos and enquiry routes up to date. Review mobile layouts, fix broken links and improve confusing pages. If your site needs a fresh start, take a look at the free build and redesign offer.
Domains and business email
Help choose or connect a domain, configure a business email service and organise the settings needed for your website and email to work together. Domain renewals and email-provider subscriptions are separate costs. Existing mail settings are checked before changes so a website update does not interrupt email.
Connected business tools
Help with enquiry forms, appointment bookings, CRM systems and suitable integrations. Where tools support it, we can reduce repeated data entry and make the next step clearer for your team.
One-off help or ongoing support
Some jobs need a single fix; others benefit from regular attention. We agree the tasks, priorities, access and price first. Optional monthly support can cover agreed website updates, digital administration and checks on your enquiry systems. There is no mandatory monthly plan attached to the free website.
For ongoing work, I keep a record of changes so you can see what has been done. Access should use proper invitations and account permissions wherever possible—please do not put passwords into an enquiry form.
Do you only work with Liverpool businesses?
No. Liverpool is home, but I also work remotely with businesses across the UK using WhatsApp, video calls and agreed account access.
Do you repair computers?
This service focuses on websites, business email and online systems. It is not a hardware repair or home computer call-out service.
How much does support cost?
It depends on the work and whether you need a one-off job or ongoing help. I will agree a quote and any separate software costs with you before starting.
